Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking Information:

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chou’s Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For assistance, please contact your local postal carrier.
